We appreciate your business, but please understand that we are a small business, and we rely on pre-bookings well in advance for the majority of our business. As such, late cancellations frequently cause us to have vacant rooms in the middle of our busy season. Therefore, cancellations must be made 14 days or more prior to arrival for full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days prior will be given a 50% refund. Cancellations 3-6 days prior will be given a 25% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival, no-shows or days booked but not used (late arrivals or early departures).
